I have a terrible credit score I am right now in the process of fixing it but I do not have the time to call credit bureaus and I am not the best when it comes to figuring out finances is there a person that specializes in helping people fix their credit
Go to and request your 3 credit reports.
This is the only “free” site and you will not need a Credit Card.
Once you have your reports go over them and make sure that all the entries are correct. That means if they show all the reasons why you have bad credit then that is what it is.
The only thing a Credit Repair Co. can do for you is call the Credit Bureaus and dispute “false” entries on your report. They can not change what is correct and they can not make “bad” entries disappear.
So don’t waste your money if your report shows that all entries are correct.
What you need to do is “wake up” and start paying off any huge balances on your credit cards and start making all monthly payments on time. That is the only thing that will improve your Credit Score and nobody can do it for you.
Cut up the cards and stop using them.
Every time you get a bill pay at last twice the minimum payment required and send off your payment at least 10 days before due date.

I don’t know if this is the answer you are looking for, but there is NO WAY that you are going to hire someone that is going to go somewhere and make your credit score better in a matter of days, or months for that matter. If someone tells you they can, DO NOT believe them, chances are it is a ripp off. I want to say it is like 6 or 7 years for things to clear from your credit report, asuming that you are responsible for them. If you score is low due to activity on your report that was not done by you or your being wrongly reported, then you would have to dispute each one.
But the reality is that NO you can not hire someone to “FIX” your score, beware of anyone who tells they can.
